Home Remodeling: 2nd Story Additions and Kitchen Remodels by Olivo Remodeling, LLC

Let Us Make You Feel at Home

At Olivo Remodeling LLC, we believe that successful remodeling, including projects like 2nd story additions, begins with strong relationships. With over 25 years of general contracting experience in Houston, we've built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, personal attention, and treating our customers' homes with the utmost respect. Led by founder Franco Olivo and General Manager Judyth Joines, our company blends experienced construction professionals with personalized design services, ensuring our dedicated team takes pride in every project, from kitchen remodels to larger renovations. We're proud of our BBB A+ rating and have received three consecutive BBB Awards for Excellence from 2024 through 2026. However, our greatest accomplishment is the trust homeowners place in us.

A Personal Approach to Remodeling

We believe homeowners deserve to know the people behind their home transformations, whether it's a kitchen remodel or a 2nd story addition. Franco stays personally engaged in construction operations and frequently visits our jobsites to ensure quality. Judyth collaborates closely with homeowners during the planning and design phases, helping them visualize their projects through detailed 3D renderings. Our skilled core crews and specialized trades work in harmony to uphold quality and consistency in every project. As a trusted general contractor in Houston, we don't treat homeowners like project numbers. We listen to their needs, explain their options, and dedicate time to understanding what matters most to their families.

Fair Pricing and Lasting Relationships

At Olivo Remodeling, we believe that clear communication, transparent pricing, and personal accountability are essential to a successful remodeling experience, whether you're considering 2nd story additions or kitchen remodels. Our fixed-price contracts help homeowners in Houston understand their financial commitments before construction begins. We also believe our responsibility doesn't necessarily end when construction is completed. From protecting existing finishes during construction to addressing concerns after move-in, we're committed to treating every home with consideration and respect. When you choose Olivo Remodeling, you're working with a general contractor in Houston that genuinely cares about your home.
